We collect the following information:

• Account information: Full name, email address, college, and faculty.
• Usage data: Question attempts, practice history, exam scores, and study streaks.
• Payment data: Payment references (processed securely through Paystack — we do not store card details).
• Device and session data: IP address, device name, browser or app user agent, and session timestamps. We use these to enforce the limit on how many devices can use one account at the same time.
• Content-protection data: Records of screenshot and screen-recording attempts on protected pages, including the page involved and the time. Protected pages also carry a watermark containing your account identifier.
• Support correspondence: Messages you send us, and the delivery status of emails we send you.
• Enforcement records: Where we act on a breach of our Terms, we keep a record of the action, the reason, and the supporting evidence.

• To provide and personalize the exam preparation experience.
• To track your progress and generate performance analytics.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To send important account-related emails (verification, password reset).
• To enforce the limit on simultaneous devices and to keep your account secure.
• To detect and act on breaches of our Terms, including content leaks.
• To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

• Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
• We use row-level security to ensure you can only access your own data.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We do rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes below:

• Supabase — hosting, database, and authentication. Your account and study data is stored here.
• Paystack — processing subscription payments.
• Resend — delivering account and support emails.
• OpenRouter and Google— AI processing. This is used to prepare question content (see “AI-assisted content” in our Terms of Service), and, where we investigate leaked material, to read the watermark on a screenshot so we can identify the account it came from.

We also disclose data when required by law or legal process, and we use anonymised, aggregated statistics to improve the platform.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data through your Settings page.
• Update or correct your profile information at any time.
• Delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Danger Zone).
• Export your practice data upon request.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

ReviseMed is intended for medical professionals and students. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
